Birds of Prey
Barn Owl
PreviousNext
Another photograph of the stunning Barn Owl (Tyto Alba). These birds of prey are magnificent o watch as they hunt silently over grasslands. They use their acute hearing to find their prey moving in long grass and once detected, they rarely miss. Often you can see the Barn Owl move into a hover and then drop onto it’s target.
